Rockland, a major player in design and education, furthers its development and welcomes 123 IM onboard as a financial partner, to accelerate its international growth and expand its offer in France.

In 2000, when Clément Derock and Frédéric Lalande founded their design agency (Seenk), specialized in branding and communication, they soon encountered the challenge of recruiting professionals trained in new media. Armed with this observation, and their experience as contributors to the world of education, they launched a design school to practice and educate in response to the needs of constantly evolving markets. 

Since then, these two founding partners have continued to pursue development in the education sector, creating or acquiring several schools in the field of art and design.

Today, the group caters to 1,500 students annually, at 3 schools located spread across 7 campuses in France and abroad.

Pré is a private one-year preparatory school towards top public art schools. It offers artistic and cultural education that enables student admissions to leading art schools in France and Europe (schools of art, design, graphic design, architecture, illustration, animation, cinema). The school is located in Paris (Ménilmontant 11th arrondissement) and in Toulouse.

École Intuit Lab is a private institute of higher education offering a 5-year program in design and visual communication (for careers in advertising, packaging, web design and brand identity). The school awards a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree recognized by the French State (National Directory of Professional Certifications RNCP 1 – France Skill level 7). The school has 2 campuses in France: Paris since 2001 and Aix-en-Provence since 2006; and 2 campuses in India: Mumbai (Bombay) and Kolkata (Calcutta). École Intuit Lab is currently making every effort to open a new campus in São Paulo, Brazil by February 2021.

Intuit Pro is École Intuit Lab’s institute of continuing education located in Paris and Marseille. It targets candidates seeking professional reorientation or those already in the field seeking to perfect their skills in design and digital. 

Building upon these successes, the group wishes to continue its dynamic development by bolstering its equity capital. The group’s strategy is to position itself as a major player in the world of design and education in France and overseas, by expanding the courses offered and thus enabling creative professionals to contribute to the development and needs of our economies.

It is in this context that 123 IM provides Rockland group with capital support and now accompanies its continuing development.
